Completed in 1996, Lambert-Ezell Architects designed this $2.2 million, 16,185 SF facility to be operated as a semi-private country club. The public side of the facility includes a dining room, banquet room, lounge/snack bar, a large commercial kitchen, public restrooms and pro shop. The private side includes a men’s locker room with 19th hole, ladies’ locker room and complete restroom and bath facilities. The exterior façade is constructed of face brick and features over 1,500 SF of colonnaded deck space. The pro shop is located in the rear center of the building and overlooks the 1st and 10th tees and the 18th green.
