The exterior of Brooks Field House has two colors of tan brick—a light, solid tan and a darker, tan blend—with cast stone accents. Over the large, covered main entrance is a cast stone lion, shown in relief. From the main entrance, the coach’s offices are immediately accessible, and from there are a training room and equipment storage. Then the building splits into two locker rooms, one for the varsity team, and one for the JV team or the visiting team. Each locker room has its own entrance onto the field.
